Rescuers from the State Emergency Service use an aerial work platform to extinguish a massive fire on the roof of a one-storey building that was partially destroyed by a Russian attack. In the afternoon, Russian forces launched two ballistic missiles at the city centre. The attack partially destroyed a one-storey office building, damaged warehouses, shattered windows and damaged the facades and roofs of nearby residential buildings, and set four cars on fire. At least 15 people were injured, including a nine-year-old child.
