An Israeli drone strike targeted a van in the Al-Bawaba Al-Fawqa area adjacent to the commercial market in central Sidon (Saida), southern Lebanon, killing two people and igniting a fire that spread to several nearby vehicles. The attack occurred near the Maronite Church and a fuel station in a densely populated civilian area. Emergency responders and civil defense teams recovered the victims and worked to extinguish the blaze, which damaged at least four neighboring cars.
