Students from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar are preparing for a unique sporting and engineering challenge. After testing their concrete canoe at Schwanseebad, they will compete in a concrete canoe regatta on the Havel on June 19 and 20. Success in the event depends not only on completing a timed race course but also on the creativity and technical skill demonstrated in the design and construction of the concrete boats
