Reem Alabali Radovan (r, SPD), Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, and actor Richard Gere take part in an event at the Hertie School to present the "Joint Initiative on Migration". The initiative is based at the Hertie School's Center for Fundamental Rights and was launched together with the Gere Foundation. It examines state approaches - such as in the areas of migration, border control and development aid - as well as their effects and the interplay between these areas.
