Activists wearing slug costumes march in Westminster during the protest for ancient woodland restoration. Organised by the campaign group Wild Card, the protesters marched to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) calling on the government to restore so-called 'ghost woods', remains of ancient ecosystems buried beneath timber plantations
