The museum ship "Cap San Diego" sails on the Elbe during the arrival parade of the 837th Hamburg Harbour Birthday. The people of Hamburg consider May 7, 1189 to be the birthday of their port - back then, citizens were granted duty-free travel for their ships on the Elbe from the city to the North Sea.
