Trainees from the energy company Leag take part in the rally "Billions for the South, empty promises for the East" with a banner reading "No Blackout East" on the construction site of a planned new gas-fired power plant in the Schwarze Pumpe industrial area. The energy company Leag believes that Lusatia is at a disadvantage when it comes to new gas-fired power plants. A draft law provides for around two thirds of new power plant capacities to be directed to the so-called "grid south" in the first tendering rounds.
