Shrapnel holes dot the proch of a four-storey building damaged by a massive Russian attack on Dnipro, Ukraine, April 16, 2026. The strike killed three people and injured 30 others as missiles hit a densely populated residential area in the city centre. Fires broke out in several locations, and damage was reported to university academic buildings and dormitories, administrative and office buildings, more than 10 high-rise blocks, a garage cooperative, a museum, an enterprise, and numerous civilian cars.
