Members of the NYPD Crime Scene Unit work the scene where a 21-year-old man was shot to the head in the area of Jerome Avenue and Bainbridge Avenue. The 21-year-old male victim was taken to the hospital and was originally listed in critical condition. The investigation is continuing by the NYPD. Shell casings were found in the area as well as additional evidence. Members of the Crime Scene Unit used evidence markers to mark the blood, shell casings, and a backpack at the scene. There was a gun that was also recovered from the shooting scene.
