Flights bound for the Middle East were canceled at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on 2 March 2026, following escalating tensions after U.S.A and Israeli strikes on Iran. Authorities said 39 outbound flights to destinations including the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar were suspended, while services to Oman and Saudi Arabia operated normally.
