The 9-day-old bull calf Horst takes milk from the dam. The first offspring of the year have been born to the Harz red cattle breed. A total of more than 160 calves are expected this year. From spring, the more than 450 animals of the Brocken farmer Thielecke will once again characterize the landscape in the Upper Harz.
