Heavy rain hit the city of São Paulo early Tuesday evening (13th), placing the entire city on alert for flooding, according to the CGE (Center for Emergency Management). Streets were flooded after the heavy rainstorm making it difficult for pedestrians to walk through especially on Celso Garcia Avenue in both directions near Largo Concordia.
