Activists from various pro-Palestinian organisations protested at Parliament House in Edinburgh ahead of a hearing on a judicial review of the Palestine Action ban in Scotland. The Court of Session hearing will determine whether a challenge to the UK Governments decision to proscribe Palestine Action can proceed under Scots law, separate from an ongoing judicial review in England and Wales, the outcome of which could raise constitutional issues.
