Chinese and Iranian warships from BRICS nations have assembled off the coast of cape town for a naval exercise. The exercise will for peace 2026, scheduled from 9 to 16 January 2026 in South African territorial waters, is maritime exercise designed to enhance interoperability, operational readiness, and maritime security.
