Veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war Yevdokym Serdiuk, wearing prosthetic limbs and dressed as Santa Claus, poses for a photo at one of metropolitan shopping and entertainment centers. Mr. Serdiuk volunteered in 2022 and served with the 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Mariupol Brigade, fighting in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Bakhmut sectors. He was wounded in June 2023 while carrying out a combat mission and now works as a prosthetic walking instructor at the Tytanovi rehab prosthetic and rehabilitation center.
