Sothebys staff members look at Sir Anthony van Dyck 'The Cheeke Sisters' (Double Portrait of Essex, Countess of Manchester, and Anne, Countess of Warwick and Clanricarde), estimated at 400,000-600,000 GBP, during a preview at Sothebys in London on 28 November 2025. The work will be offered in the Old Masters and 19th Century Paintings sale on 3 December and is currently on view alongside extraordinary works by Rubens, Brueghel the Younger, Frans Hals, Rembrandt, and others as part of Old Masters Week public exhibitions.
