A Soyuz-2.1a rocket booster with the Soyuz MS-28 spacecraft is to be installed at a launch pad of Baikonur Cosmodrome. Soyuz MS-28 will carry ISS Expedition 74 crew members, NASA astronaut Chris Williams, Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergei Mikaev and Sergey Kud-Sverchkov, to the ISS; the launch is scheduled for 27 November 2025
