Dancers from the UK’s premiere touring ballet company, Birmingham Royal Ballet (BRB), pose outside the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Ahead of the return of BRB’s The Nutcracker at the Royal Albert Hall this Christmas, dancers Lucy Waine, Rosanna Ely, Yaoqian Shang, Lachlan Monaghan, Tori Massie and Aemelia Thompson took to the world-famous steps of the Hall - greeted by a traditional London roasted chestnuts seller.

The Nutcracker at the Royal Albert Hall will play from Monday, 29 - Wednesday, 30 December 2025, in a production created especially for the splendour of its magnificent setting.
