Yvette Cooper, Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom, comments on the situation in the Western Balkans in front of Hillsborough Castle before the start of the Foreign Ministers' meeting. As part of the so-called Berlin Process, regional integration in and with the Western Balkans is to be strengthened. In addition to the six Western Balkan states (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro), numerous foreign ministers from Europe are taking part.
