Sand fills a crater, formed by the flood, in the street in the residential area of the city’s Kyivskyi district, which sustained the most damage as a result of the abnormal downpour on September 30, Odesa, October 7, 2025. Heavy rains in Odesa on September 30, caused by a local cyclone over the Black Sea, claimed the lives of 10 people. As reported, 384 apartment buildings and 286 private houses were flooded.
