The lower Manhattan historic Episcopal.parish paid homage to the life of St. Francis , the Patron Saint.of Animals blessing dogs, cats, a turtle and a chameleon. Clergy.blessed every animal hands on with compassion and love. English .Cocker Spaniel waiting its turn for a blessing.
