A passenger car is stuck in a sinkhole in the middle of a washed-out street, Odesa, Ukraine, on October 1, 2025. In recent days, nearly two months’ worth of rainfall hit the city. The abnormal downpour caused flooding across several streets and damaged municipal infrastructure. Nine people were killed due to the storm, including a child.
