Rob Lowe receives the Heart of the Community Award at the 2025 One805 Live Concert at neighbor Costner's Santa Barbara oceanfront estate in Summerland, CA. Lowe opened his home to fire fighters during past fires and has done much to help raise money for mental health services for first responders in Santa Barbara County. Last year he presented the award, this year he receives it.
