The Metropolitan Police Department responded Friday evening to a bomb threat at the Georgetown residence of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on September 19, 2025. After searching the area with K9 units, the police declared the scene clear. It was unknown if Secretary Kennedy was in the premises at the time.
