A tiger made of pumpkins is frozen in mid-leap, while little Jimmy sniffs carefree through Lichtenwalde Castle Park. The baroque castle and park near Chemnitz will be transformed into a colorful pumpkin world from August 30 to November 2. Under the motto "Circus", 18 giant figures made from thousands of pumpkins await visitors this year - including clowns, artists and elephants. The sculptures are up to four meters high and transform the baroque palace park into a large open-air circus ring.
