Outside of the employees entrance at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattans Civic Center members of Rise and Resist tie flyers to the police barricades that read 'BRING THEM HOME' with images and names of those taken at an immigration vigil protesting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and ICE agents for abducting migrants. The building houses immigration courts where Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and ICE agents are detaining migrants after their routine hearings. Law enforcement officers must walk past a long line of protesters as they exit the building on their lunch hour. Demonstrators denounce the policies of President Trump, T. Homan, K. Noem and S. Miller as inhumane.
