During an evacuation of the city center, a woman walks her dog to a shuttle bus of the Dresden Transport Authority (DVB). The day before, a 250-kilogram World War II bomb was found during demolition work on the Carola Bridge. It is fitted with a detonator and has to be defused on site. An exclusion zone of 1,000 meters was set up around the site.
