Campaigners held a demonstration, during which an arrest was made, in protest at the recent arrest elsewhere of a pro-Palestinian activist under the Terrorism Act 2000 over the wording used on a t-shirt, which campaigners claim does not imply support for any terror organisation. The messaging adopted by the activists has been worded in an attempt to test the law with reference to perceived support for the recently proscribed organisation Palestine Action.
