Men hold on to a tree after being caught in raging flood waters on Richmond Street in Plainfield, New Jersey. Motorists and residents were left stranded in their cars, the local high school and reports of flooded homes. Earlier in July Plainfield suffered fatalities from a heavy storm that contained hail and heavy winds tearing down power lines and damaging homes in Plainfield along with other Central Jersey towns.
