Protesters gather in the southern Turkish city of Gaziantep to condemn the detention of Istanbul mayor Ekrem Imamoglu.

Huge protests have been held for a second day across Turkiye following the arrest of Imamoglu on Wednesday on charges of alleged corruption and terror links. Protesters raised the Turkish flag, the Republican People's Party (CHP) flag, and images of Imamoglu himself.
