The shadow of an archaeologist from the Saxony-Anhalt State Office for the Preservation of Monuments and Archaeology can be seen next to burials in a Bronze Age burial mound 13 meters wide. The archaeologists had found seven burials from the Middle Bronze Age and seven urn burials from the Late Bronze Age there. The excavation took place in the run-up to the construction of the SuedOstLink between Wolmirstedt and the Isar site in Bavaria.
