Media representatives and archaeologists from the Saxony-Anhalt State Office for the Preservation of Monuments and Archaeology stand next to a Bronze Age burial mound 13 meters wide with several burials. The archaeologists found seven burials from the Middle Bronze Age and seven urn burials from the Late Bronze Age. The excavation took place in the run-up to the construction of the SuedOstLink between Wolmirstedt and the Isar site in Bavaria.
