As a customer exits the Tesla Showroom in Manhattans Meatpacking District to test drive a Tesla car protesters call out to them and hold up signs that read 'NAZI' with an image of Musk making a fascist salute while NYPD looks on. Demonstrators with the activist group Rise & Resist stage a non-violent protest resulting in staff briefly closing the store. Protesters call for people to Boycott Tesla and denounce E. Musk. The demonstration joins Tesla Takedown protests happening across the country denouncing DOGE, oligarchy, mass firings, and cuts to social services.
