On February 9th at 3:00 pm, demonstrators gathered at Fairbanks Park in Anchorage to protest against US President Donald Trump's deportation policies and federal immigration enforcement. In support of a nationwide movement, activists protested in front of the US Department of Homeland Security building in Anchorage, Alaska. The protest was part of the National Weekend of Action from February 7-9, demanding an immediate halt to deportations and full rights for immigrants. Protesters carried banners reading Immigrants Are Not Criminals and Stop the Raids and called for the protection of migrant workers and families
