Jacques Tilly, sculptor and carnival float builder, is featured in the special exhibition "Jacques Tilly, Freigeist" at the Stadtmuseum. The exhibition features the designs for the famous themed floats of the Rose Monday parades from over four decades of work, as well as pictures and works from the artist's youth.
