Hundreds of people rally outside the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, DC, to protest actions by President Trump and particularly his associate, billionaire Elon Musk. They said Musk team in the newly minted ''Department of Government Efficiency,'' or DOGE, has taken control of the Treasury payment systems that handle about $6 trillion in annual transactions for the U.S. government, gaining access to Americans' personal information as well as information about Musk's competitors.
