NTSB investigators recovered the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder from the Bombardier CRJ700 airplane involved in yesterday's mid-air collision at DCA. The recorders are at the NTSB labs for evaluation. The black boxes for a passenger plane that hit a military helicopter above Washington DC have been found, as questions mount about staffing and close calls at the airport where the plane was landing.
