The business was recently taken over by Italian multinational Newlat revoking all previous pay offers. They have now offered just 3% where Princes workers were previously offered at least 4%. Workers at all sites in Long Sutton, Bradford, Cardiff and Glasgow are striking at various times hoping to bring Newlat representatives back to the negotiating table after a six month absence.
