A lawyer and his defendant Ruben Voskanian, 37, who is suspected of setting off a homemade explosive device outside an administrative building of a Territorial Centre of Recruitment and Social Support, attend a court hearing at the Krasnohvardiiskyi District Court of Dnipro, east-central Ukraine. The court ruled a 60-day custodial detention without bail till February 12. The explosion killed one person and injured other people, including two police officers.
