Outside of St. Patrick's Cathedral on a Sunday afternoon during the busy holiday season on Fifth Ave. activists with the organization Rise & Resist stage a vigil in support of immigrants with a nativity scene including actors playing Mary & Joseph, a doll representing the baby Jesus and a cardboard donkey and sheep. Protesters hold signs that read 'Would you deport Jesus, Mary, and Joseph?' 'Mary and Joseph were refugees seeking asylum' 'NO DETENTIONS.
