Students move around their tents in the new encampment on the Senate House lawn. Students from Cambridge University, members of Cambridge for Palestine occupy the Senate House lawn, pitching tents on Wednesday (27th November). They have taken this action in response to Cambridge Universitys unwillingness to take meaningful action towards divestment from companies that support the Genocide and occupation of Palestine since their last encampment outside Kings College earlier in 2024. Cambridge for Palestine demand an immediate end to the universitys complicity in Israels ongoing genocide, occupation and to the ethnic cleansing of Palestine. They say enough is enough.
