Rubble and destruction caused by an Israeli air strike that targeted a historical building known as Munshiat Baalbek, that goes back to the Ottoman era, in Lebanon eastern Bekaa valley as seen near the city historic Roman temple. More than 40 people were killed in fierce Israeli strikes on the Bekaa valley, ministry of health said.
