Rubble and destruction caused by an Israeli air strike that flattened a historical building known as Munshiat Baalbek, that goes back to the Ottoman era, are seen in front of ancient Palmira hotel, that was severely damaged, in the city of Baalbek in Lebanon eastern Bekaa valley. More than 40 people were killed in fierce Israeli strikes on the Bekaa valley, ministry of health said.
