Lebanese youths stand near ancient stones of destroyed historical building known as Munshiat Baalbek, that goes back to the Ottoman empire, and was flatted by an Israeli air strike. The building is adjacent to the Baalbek Roman Temple, in Lebanon eastern Bekaa valley. More than 40 people were killed in fierce Israeli strikes on the Bekaa valley, ministry of health said.
