Police officers and Bundeswehr soldiers with breathing masks and heavy equipment "practise" exchanging fire with a terrorist during the "Maintex 2024" anti-terror exercise, while wounded people are treated at the same time. During a performance show as part of the "MainTex 2024" anti-terror exercise, the police, German Armed Forces, fire department, BRK and other emergency services demonstrate their skills and equipment. The exercise scenarios, which have been played out since November 4, include fictitious threats from chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear substances.
