Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration head Ivan Fedorov delivers a speech during the opening of The Tree of Memory installation by Ukrainian stage designer, actor and theatre director Dmytro Kostiumynskyi in Metalurhiv (Metallurgists) Park during the GogolFest Contemporary Art Festival, Zaporizhzhia, southeastern Ukraine.
