The slogan "Tax millionaires" is painted on a bridge element of the partially collapsed Carola Bridge, while excavators on the Old Town side of the Elbe remove debris from the collapsed bridge. The western section of the bridge with streetcar tracks, cycle path and footpath collapsed on the night of September 11, 2024 for reasons as yet unknown.
