Counties Cork and Waterford are currently under a Met Éireann Orange Weather Warning for rain, which expires at 11pm tonight. Bantry town flooded today due to the torrential rain, with businesses and homes suffering damage. Council workers and the fire service were out in force trying to stem the flood waters.
