Abdel Salam Abdallah, a 10-year-old boy from the Lebanese southern town of Khiam sits in the trunk of his father's car after waking up from sleep. Abdel Salam's father is seen sleeping on the pavement of Beirut promenade. The Abdallah family consisting of four members are using the car as they makeshift home after fleeing Beirut southern suburb last week. Thousands of Lebanese and Syrian nationals fled south Lebanon and Beirut southern suburb following heavy Israeli air raids.
