Ekow Eshun, Fourth Plinth Commissioning Group Chair, gives a speech as the new Fourth Plinth sculpture by Teresa Margolles is unveiled at Trafalgar Square. The artwork is made from plaster casts of the faces of 726 trans people in Mexico and is a tribute to the trans and non-binary community. Entitled 'Mil Veces un Instante (A Thousand Times in an Instant)', the artwork will slowly erode as time goes by.
